Dubai Airports announces the updated information on PCR testing for all citizens, residents, tourists, and transit passengers who are coming to UAE. At the moment, every passenger is obliged to undergo a COVID-19 test and have a certificate confirming negative result, before arriving into DXB or DWC.
All travelers including citizens, residents, and tourists departing from DXB or DWC to the European Union or the United Kingdom are also required to obtain a negative COVID-19 result. These certificates will be valid for up to 96 hours from the moment of taking the PCR test.
Some passengers may be required to complete another PCR test upon arrival in DXB. Children under the age of 12 and children with moderate to severe disabilities are exempt from PCR test requirements.
