Like many other areas of life, including public transport and the work of shopping centers, the functioning of government transaction centers is also starting to recover. This decision was reported by the Department of Economic Development. Such places will be able to carry out their work and allow visitors from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM. At the same time, workers and visitors must adhere to the rules of social distance and regular disinfection in order to maintain safety and prevent the risk of virus infection.
In particular, all services should be provided by employees, the number of which does not exceed 30% of the total workforce of a particular center, the same applies to visitors – the premises should not contain more than 30% of the total capacity at any given time. Sanitary treatment of rooms and surfaces and wearing masks is also required.
This is one of the steps to ease the prohibitions and measures taken by the government in connection with the fight against the spread of coronavirus. Further measures will depend on the development of the situation in UAE and in the world.
Novel Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2, also known as COVID-19) is a new strain of coronavirus which is causing illness in humans and animals. Most people infected with the COVID-19 coronavirus will feel mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without any special treatment. Older people, as well as those with underlying medical problems like cardiovascular disease, chronic respiratory disease, cancer or diabetes, are more likely to develop serious illness, and require immediate assistance. Novel Coronavirus was first identified in a cluster with pneumonia symptoms in Wuhan city, Hubei province of China, quickly spreading around the world. On early March 2020, the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic had officially started, becoming the defining global health crisis of our time. Today, it is the greatest challenge people have faced since World War II, worsened by subsequent lockdowns of whole countries, collapse of entire industries, and a major economic recession.
