After the opening of the Jumeirah Beach walk on Sunday, May 17, another popular destination in the city, which is often visited by both residents and tourists, was open. The Dubai Municipality announced in an official post on social media that the Mamzar Beach walk will be open to the public.
At the same time, it will be mandatory for all walkers to observe the norms of social distance and to prevent contact with large groups of people at once. Walkers will also need to wear personal protective equipment, such as masks.
Also in the near future, before the end of May, the authorities plan to open public parks in Dubai. This process will occur gradually, parks will be opened in three stages. The decision to gradually ease strict restrictions was made after considering the current situation. Reducing risks to public health and safety is the main objective of the measures taken.
