The rest of Dubai’s Customer Happiness Centers are still closed and the decision to open them will be made in accordance with the current situation.
In addition to the three Customer Happiness Centers, the provision of services to the population in other state bodies designated for this purpose will also begin again – in 19 other service provider centers the usual operations also start. The work of the centers will be held from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM.
After opening, all centers and their visitors will have to adhere to a number of preventive measures. Such measures include maintaining a distance between people, both employees and visitors, at least 1,5-2 meters and the mandatory wearing of a mask. Also, temperature sensors will be installed at the entrance to the centers, in addition, regular disinfection will be carried out.
All these measures are necessary to maintain public safety and the health of visitors and workers. At the same time, RTA encourages customers to use online services whenever possible and try to avoid a physical presence in service centers.
Novel Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2, also known as COVID-19) is a new strain of coronavirus which is causing illness in humans and animals. Most people infected with the COVID-19 coronavirus will feel mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without any special treatment. Older people, as well as those with underlying medical problems like cardiovascular disease, chronic respiratory disease, cancer or diabetes, are more likely to develop serious illness, and require immediate assistance. Novel Coronavirus was first identified in a cluster with pneumonia symptoms in Wuhan city, Hubei province of China, quickly spreading around the world. On early March 2020, the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic had officially started, becoming the defining global health crisis of our time. Today, it is the greatest challenge people have faced since World War II, worsened by subsequent lockdowns of whole countries, collapse of entire industries, and a major economic recession.
